Ingredients
- 1 jar Real Phat Foods Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 1 1/4 cups Chocolate Chips of your choice (we used Lily's Dark Chocolate)
Directions
- Allow Cookie Dough to soften at room temperature for roughly 15 minutes.
- Spoon Cookie Dough from its jar into a medium bowl.
- Scoop Cookie Dough into 1 1/2 TBSP sized balls and roll between your palms until smooth. Alternatively, use a cookie dough scoop to scoop and shape balls.
- Place formed balls on a lined cookie sheet and using paper straws, popsicle or plastic sticks slide into the center of each Cookie Dough ball.
- Place the stick into your prepared box/styrofoam to allow the chocolate to harden before storing or serving.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- While the dough chills, prepare a box or piece of styrofoam by making tiny holes in the surface. Check to be sure that a pop stick will fit and be supported with the cookie dough on top.
- When the dough has chilled, place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Chips should be fully melted and chocolate should be liquefied.
- Holding your Cookie Dough pop by the stick, dip and swirl in melted chocolate until fully coated. At this point you can add sprinkles, coconut flakes, nut pieces etc..make it your own!
