Keto Jalapeño Popper Dip
When it comes to summer appetizers, our allegiance lies with anything that's super-cheesy, creamy and spicy. This recipe for Keto Jalapeño Popper dip, nails all three! It gets a kick from the jalapeño, but calmed by the creamy cheesy-ness.
The perfect keto appetizer, this gluten free dip is perfect for those times you are craving jalapeño poppers, but don't have the time to make them. All the flavor, but a lot less work. Serve it at your next party or just enjoy as a person keto snack.
1/2 cup Cheddar Phat Crumbs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4-6 fresh jalapenos, roasted and diced (include seeds if you like it really spicy)
2-4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
Preheat oven to 375
With a mixer on medium, combine cream cheese, garlic powder and sour cream until fluffy. Add cheddar cheese and jalapenos, mix well.
Spread into desired baking dish (we used a small cast iron pan).
Sprinkle Phat Crumbs over the cream cheese mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until hot and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
If using bacon, sprinkle on top. Enjoy with your favorite Phat Crackers.
