A super easy and festive recipe that hits all the good notes: creamy, crunchy, sweet and tangy. It's sure to be a real crowd pleaser whether that crowd is a party of one or many this year. Real Phat Foods Original Almond Flour Crackers
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
2 cups fresh cranberries
3/4 c. Sukrin golden sweetener
1/2 cup Virgils (zero sugar) Black Cherry soda
zest of 1/2 an orange
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Lay cream cheese out on your preferred serving plate.
Place cranberries, sweetener, soda, orange zest, almond extract and nutmeg in a pot and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and allow to cook for 10 minutes.
Pour mixture over the cream cheese and top a little more orange zest if you prefer for an even more festive look.
