Easter Appetizer Creamy "Carrot" Crackers
Original Almond Flour Crackers
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp full fat Greek yogurt
¼ c. apricot jam
Combine cream cheese, yogurt, and jam in a bowl and beat until thoroughly mixed
Spoon mixture into piping bag outfitted with a medium sized tip
Begin at one end of the cracker and apply light pressure to the bag starting with the small, pointed tip of the “carrot” shape and applying more pressure in a slight zig-zag pattern getting wider as you move up to the other end of the cracker
Top with a sprig of dill tucked into the wider end of the “carrot” shape. Continue with all remaining crackers. Serve and enjoy!
