Easy Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs
1 jar Phat Peanut Butter Edible Cookie Dough
1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil
Spoon cookie dough from jar and shape to desired egg shape or use a mold to shape (see notes).
Freeze for roughly 10 minutes. While dough is hardening, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and melt until smooth.
Coat hardened eggs in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat or serve.
