Easy Keto Phat Bread (Low-Carb & Gluten-Free)

Ingredients

  • Phat Bread Dry Mix

  • ⅓ cup butter or coconut oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1.5 cup liquid egg whites (equivalent to 12 separated eggs)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter or coconut oil.

  2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix dry ingredients packet, whole egg, and melted fat of choice. Set aside.

  3. In a separate large bowl beat egg whites with electric or stand mixer on medium high speed until soft peaks form (they will hold their shape when the beaters are lifted).

  4. Add half whipped egg whites to bread mixture and whip with hand/stand mixer until incorporated. Repeat with second half of whipped egg whites.

  5. Lightly grease pan (8x4 pan works best). Add dough mixture to pan. Bake 60-65 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled, slice, and store in fridge or freezer for longest shelf life. Enjoy!
