A family favorite holiday breakfast or brunch, this casserole is make ahead perfection! Using your homemade Grain Free Phat Bread makes this a low carb, keto friendly delicious breakfast, brunch, or lunch.
8 slices of your homemade Grain-Free Phat Bread, cubed
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 1/2 cups cream or milk
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb fried breakfast sausage
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Place cubed bread in bottom of a casserole dish.
Mix together the eggs, cream, mustard, salt, pepper, cheese, and sausage. Pour over bread, cover and refrigerate over night.
When ready to bake, take casserole out of fridge and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 50-60 min. Add crumbled bacon on top for the last 10 minutes of bake time. Enjoy!
