These keto chicken strips are so easy to make and turn out golden and crispy when you have Phat Crumbs! They are so juicy and so quick to get on the table it will easily become a favorite for the whole family!
1 bag Phat Crumbs
1 lb chicken breast
Whisk eggs into a bowl and pour crumbs into another shallow bowl. Cut chicken into 1 inch strips.
Dip chicken strips into egg then coat in bread crumbs and place in air fryer set for 350 degrees.
Cook for 12-15 minutes (or longer for larger pieces) until chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
