These no- bake energy balls are so easy and are perfectly customizable to your taste! They make a great, healthy treat you can make ahead for a quick keto snack, low carb breakfast on the go, or grain free afternoon pick-me-up!
1 jar Phat Foods edible peanut butter cookie dough
1/4 c chopped pecans
1/4 c chocolate chips (we used Lily's)
2 Tbsp flax seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop Collagen (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and roll into 1-2 Tbsp size balls, refrigerate until you're ready to enjoy!
Feel free to adjust your additions to include your favorite mix ins or roll the balls in some goodies for an extra crunch. We used coconut, cacao nibs, and sliced almonds for example
