1 cup Phat Cracker Crumbs
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried dill
1 jar pickles
2 eggs
Cut pickles into 1/2 inch spears and pat dry.
Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, dill, and almond flour in one bowl and pour the Phat crumbs into another bowl.
Crack the eggs into a third bowl and whisk.
Dip pickle spears into the egg, coat with almond flour mixture, then into the egg again, then finally into the Phat crumbs.
Air fry at 350 degrees for about 8-10 min. Enjoy!
