4 slices of your homemade Grain-Free Phat Bread
4 slices ham
4 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp Powdered sweetener of choice
Favorite keto jam for dipping
Beat eggs and heavy cream together, set aside.
Assemble each sandwich on buttered phat bread with 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese.
Melt butter in heated skillet.
Dip each sandwich in egg mixture and add to skillet.
Cook until bread is toasted on both sides and cheese is melted.
Serve dusted with powdered sweetener with jam on the side for dipping!
