Peppermint Mocha White Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Real Phat Foods Peppermint Mocha Edible Cookie Dough

  • 12-18 oz. White chocolate bar or chips (we used Lily's chips)

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 Tbsp Topping of choice (we used crushed peppermint candy)

Directions

  1. Using a small cookie dough scoop, scoop Peppermint Mocha Edible Cookie Dough from the jar and place shaped scoops on a sheet of parchment paper. Alternatively you can scoop with a spoon and hand shape into desired sized balls.

  2. Place scooped dough balls on the parchment paper into the refrigerator to keep cold while you melt your chocolate.

  3. Place chocolate and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl and microwave in small increments (no more than 25 seconds at a time), stirring between each session. It should take 3-4 sessions to completely melt. This will prevent the chocolate from burning and turning into a thick ball that is unusable.

  4. Once chocolate is completely melted, take dough balls from the refrigerator and dip into chocolate mix. Once dipped place back on the parchment paper. Once all balls have been dipped, place them back in the refrigerator to harden. Once hardened, repeat this step as many times as you need until the truffles are your desired shade of white (we did 3 rounds of dipping and cooling).

  5. On the last dipping cycle, prior to cooling, sprinkle desired topping on the truffles. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
