The easiest breakfast you'll ever make, these low-carb waffles have just 2 ingredients and take 10 minutes max. Use Real Phat Food Sweet Crumbs (a graham cracker crumb alternative) to satisfy any sweet tooth, but keep it keto, zero sugar, and gluten free.
½ cup Sweet Phat Crumbs
1 egg
Preheat waffle maker of choice (we used a spooky spider web this time). In a small mixing bowl, combine the egg and Phat Crumbs until fully incorporated.
Add enough of the crumb mixture to fill the waffle maker shape, but don’t overfill as the batter will expand. For these small waffle makers, we used ⅓ of the crumb/egg mixture per waffle.
Close your waffle maker and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove your waffle, add your favorite toppings and ENJOY!
