The Best Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Original Almond Flour Crackers

  • 1 can tuna *

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise **

  • 1/4 cup sliced celery

  • 2 tbsp minced red onion

  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt

Directions

  1. Once you’ve opened the can of tuna, drain the water away

  2. Add the tuna to a bowl. Stir in the rest of your ingredients : Mayo, celery, onion, garlic, and salt. Mix well and season to taste with more  salt if necessary.

  3. Enjoy with Phat Almond Flour Crackers!!
