Real Phat Foods Keto Banana bread
8 oz. cream cheese
4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup Lakanto 2x powdered monk fruit sweetener or 1 cup powdered sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Soften cream cheese and butter until soft but not melted
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whip with a hand mixer or stand mixer for 6-8 minutes ( the longer you whip, the fluffier it is!)
