1. Contact Us
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We accept requests for refunds within seven (7) days of the confirmed delivery date.
2. Return Your Purchase
Once our team investigates your issue, we will send you an email with your refund status.
3. Expect Your Refund
It could take up to two weeks for us to credit your account. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If you do not see a refund within two weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get an update. Remember to include your order number on any communication.
Can I return an item because the box was damaged?
No. We carefully ship the products packaged to be protected from the shipping impact. But we can’t provide a refund just because the box was damaged.
Can I return an item because I didn't like the taste?
Unfortunately, no. Every taste bud is different, and we can’t take responsibility for people's preferences. We hope it’s love at first bite, but we can’t provide a refund just because people don't like it.
Can I get a check or cash refund?
No. For your safety, we only refund back to the original payment method. That means, if you paid us with your Visa card, you'll see the refund on that same Visa card.
I never received my product. Can I get a refund?
We support our customers from our bakery to your front door. If you didn't get the product and our shipper shows it was never delivered, we will provide a refund.
