Several slices Real Phat Foods Grain-Free Bread
1 bag Real Phat Foods Original Crackers
12 diced Roma tomatoes
1/2 c. freshly chopped basil
2 tbsp. minced garlic + extra for serving
3 tbsp. olive oil + extra for serving
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 c. freshly grated parmesan
1/2 c. chopped red onion
Salt & onion powder to taste
Except for the bread and crackers, mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl, cover & refrigerate overnight.
Prior to serving, cut each bread slice in half and arrange on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic and salt to taste. Broil in the oven at 450 for approximatly 5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with prepared bread and crackers! Enjoy!
