1/4 cup Italian Phat Crumbs
10 jalapeno peppers
6 oz. cream cheese softened
1 tsp garlic powder
4 oz. sharp cheddar shredded
1 tbsp butter melted
Preheat oven to 400F
Wearing gloves, slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise. Using a small spoon, scoop out the seeds and membranes.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, combine Phat Crumbs and melted butter.
Fill jalapenos with the cheese mixture. Top with Phat Crumbs mixture.
Place on a baking sheet and bake 18-22 minutes or until jalapenos are at desired consistency. If the crumbs are starting to brown too fast, loosely place a sheet of foil over the top.
Cool 5 minutes and ENJOY!
