Ingredients

1/2 cup Phat Cracker Crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup low carb pizza sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Your favorite toppings (we used pepperoni)

Directions

Mix crumbs and eggs together.
Pour into waffle maker and cook using your usual waffle directions until golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly on a sheet pan and preheat oven broiler.
Top with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings! Broil until cheese is bubbly and melty. This doesn't take long so keep a close eye so it doesn't burn. Enjoy!
